Directions Evaluative Services, LLC helps students and their families discover students’ natural tendencies and preferences, including learning, communication, and time/work management styles, and learn to use them to their advantage. Directions Evaluative Services offers multiple self-report assessments developed to assess normal behaviors, including the MBTI® and SOCIAL STYLE® instruments. Each administration is followed with one-on-one sessions to facilitate client understanding of the assessment results and determine individualized strategies.
An experienced educator with over 15 years of experience in Wake County Public Schools and the private sector, Jodi Patalano founded Directions Evaluative Services to help clients navigate some of today's educational challenges. Supporting hundreds of students over the years, including her own two teenagers, Jodi understands firsthand that helping students discover and leverage their natural tendencies and preferences enhances students’ achievement of educational goals and overall potential.
Jodi is a MBTI® Master Practitioner, a SII®, MMTIC®, and Keirsey Assessments® Certified Practitioner and accredited in the SOCIAL STYLE®, Behavioral EQ®, and Adaptive Mindset for Resiliency® programs. She completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
